Duties

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to target enterprise prospects, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
Engage with potential clients via telemarketing, leveraging persuasive communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and follow-up activities
Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and optimize outreach strategies for maximum engagement
Use CRM software such as Salesforce to log activities, track interactions, and manage lead information efficiently
Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure high-quality lead handoff
Support business development efforts by scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-up communications for the sales team

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns that target enterprise clients
Knowledge of technical sales concepts and the ability to understand complex product offerings
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building

Pay: $65,000.00 – $98,000.00 per year
